* The tag team of Austin Webb & JTG had fallen apart due to inactivity, forcing JTG to defend it by himself.

** UWE had now shifted into CWA after a change in management that left releases as well as additions. The titles were vacated and picked up by Aaron King & The Crusader.

*** The first incarnation of UWE has folded and became inactive in late 2007. Making it's return in early 2008, Mario Vaynes & HaVoK pick up the vacated titles.

**** The UWE World Tag Team Championships were tag team titles exclusive to Smackdown/ECW. They were created specifically for the brand split.

***** In a monumental move, both the brand exclusive UWE tag team titles were merged into a double-crowned pair of Championship titles. This did away with the exclusiveness of the title belts and added the history and lineage.

****** The Deadly Alliance utilize the "Freebird rule", meaning that the Tag Team Championships may be defended by any two members of their group at any given time.
